ACM Signage for Cavanna Homes

Founded in the early-1920s as a family-run business, Cavanna Homes is now one of the leading independent house building firms in the South West. The company has grown considerably over the last century or so, yet Cavanna’s principles have remained constant; they aim to build high-quality, long-lasting properties using the finest materials available.

THE BRIEF

Long-term clients Cavanna Homes contacted the team here at Creative Solutions with two product requests; a site map for the Kivells estate agent in Bude and a printed matte laminate sash sign at their Bellevue housing development. The second display would be installed on a previously-delivered branded hoarding sign—an add-on service we’re always happy to do in order to update or compliment existing signage.

THE SOLUTION

For Kivells estate agents, we supplied the client with a detailed site map of the Bellevue housing development. The map came in the form of a full-colour self-adhesive print, applied to ACM, and finished with a matte laminate. The product was supplied with satin chrome stand-off locators to give the display a modern, dynamic finish. It was important that the map was visually engaging and clear for potential clients visiting the office, something that was achieved with the precise graphics and full-colour, high-definition print. 

For the Bellevue development site, we installed the 50% of Phase 1 now reserved sash onto the existing branded hoarding panels. For a high-impact colour contrast with the dark blue hoarding, the new signage was full-colour printed in a vibrant red and finished with a matte laminate. The colour diametrics really create a lasting impression and immediately draw the eye to the display.
