Cut-Vinyl Graphics for Framptons of Bridport

THE CLIENT

Framptons of Bridport is a local family butcher and delicatessen found right on Dorset’s stunning Jurassic Coast.

This hugely-popular traditional store sources its meat, poultry, cooked meats and cheeses from a whole host of trusted local suppliers—while also creating delicious homemade sausages and pies in-store. Framptons will always endeavour to supply their community with high-quality produce, while providing unbeatable, friendly customer service.

THE BRIEF

After working with Framptons on two previous jobs, supplying high-quality vehicle artwork for a company van and a stylish shopfront window display, we were delighted to be contacted again to update some internal window graphics for their store. 

It’s always a pleasure to nurture these ongoing working relationships with local companies like Framptons—it’s also a good indication that the client is happy with our products and service!

Having worked on the two previous graphic design projects, and the client wanting to keep a consistent theme with their brand artwork, we knew exactly the style and aesthetic Framptons were looking for. 

We were able to take the elegant F Word logo and text used on the company vehicle and shopfront, and repurpose it for the internal windows. The refined gold graphics are a perfect embodiment of the butcher’s traditional values and high-quality products.

THE SOLUTION

The internal signage was created using a gloss gold F Word logo and accompanying text—as well as a large italic F logo for a third window. Each piece of cut-vinyl artwork was full-colour printed in reverse, allowing us to apply the graphics to the inside of the glass on the upper floor. A perfect, high-visibility location for patrons of the store.

The signage does a great job of creating a uniform aesthetic within the shop. The artwork harmonizes beautifully with the shopfront window graphics and looks perfectly at home inside the traditional local butchers. Customers will see the gold cut-vinyl logo and know they are in a quality establishment. For a third job in a row, Framptons were delighted with service and product supplied.
