Full-Colour Blockout Window Graphics for The Urban Fox in Lyme Regis

The Urban Fox, an exciting new business set to open its doors in the heart of Lyme Regis, has transformed the iconic old Regent Cinema site into a vibrant storefront. To bring their vision to life, we helped design and install bespoke blockout window graphics that not only advertise their brand but create a buzz around their upcoming launch.

Understanding The Urban Fox's Vision

The project began with a site visit, where we met The Urban Fox team to understand their goals and discuss the best approach to utilise the building’s large glazed frontage. The design brief was clear: showcase their name prominently alongside key business offerings – Fashion, Gifts & Lifestyle – in a way that captures the attention of passers-by.

Once the artwork was finalised and shared by The Urban Fox team, we got to work on accurately sizing the graphics for each windowpane. Precision was essential to ensure the layout looked seamless across the six panels (three on each side) and reflected the professional yet creative ethos of the new business.

High Quality for a Coastal Environment

The graphics were printed on premium blockout vinyl using high-resolution, full-colour printing technology. To ensure durability, especially given Lyme Regis’s coastal location and exposure to both sunlight and salty sea air, a protective lamination was applied. This added layer gives the graphics a 5–7 year external life expectancy, ensuring they’ll remain vibrant and intact even in challenging conditions.

With the window graphics prepared, we organised a day to install them at the site. The result? A stunning display that spans the entire shopfront, creating a striking first impression for locals and visitors alike. The bold lettering of THE URBAN FOX across the top panels paired with the messaging below perfectly encapsulates what the store offers.

Supporting a Grand Opening

The Urban Fox is gearing up for their grand opening on Friday, 22nd November, just in time for the festive shopping season. Whether you're looking for unique gifts, stylish fashion pieces, or lifestyle essentials, the shop promises to be a brilliant addition to Lyme Regis’s retail scene.
