Post Mounted Signage for Kier Living
Following 70 years in business, Kier Living is a household name in the world of construction. They specialise in residential developments, buying land in prime locations to build everything from one-bed apartments to luxury homes. They build around 2,000 new homes each year across the UK and aim to build 4,000 a year by 2020.
THE BRIEF
Produce and maintain Land Acquired signs for developers
We have worked with Kier Living for a few years to produce and maintain signage for new development sites. These development sites vary in size so sometimes they need a few signs and other times just the one. We work with Kier Living to produce the correct signage which is installed onsite to notify people of the intention to build.
Land Acquired Signs also advertise the development to potential customers. Locals and passers-by see the signs and read the information displayed. Typically, these signs will remain in place for the duration of the development. They are removed upon completion, or whenever the last property is sold (whichever comes first).
THE SOLUTION
Print and installation by our experts
We look after a number of development sites in the South West for Kier Living.
We design, brand, print, produce and install Land Acquired signs for these sites. The design process is in-house, and we collaborate with Kier Living to ensure our designs properly reflect the site and the Kier Living brand. This gives the client complete control.
The signs range in size. Some are V signs as large as 2,400mm x 3,000mm, others are smaller because they are on footpaths not the roadside. The most important design consideration with these signs is that they are easily readable. The fonts and colours play a big role in this, and we install the signs in pre-determined locations which are easily seen.
