Printed Signage for Numatic International

THE CLIENT

Numatic International is the UK's market leader in the manufacturer of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment. Their most-loved product, the Henry vacuum cleaner, and all his spinoffs, has also seen Numatic make a huge impact in the domestic market. 

At the company’s 25-acre site in Chard, Numatic provides jobs for more than 800 employees and manufactures over  5,000 machines a day!

THE BRIEF

We were contacted by Numatic International recently asking whether we could provide a batch of branded signage for their Vinci range of vacuum products. 

Having worked closely with the client over the years, and having supplied a range of branded panels of this nature, we knew exactly the kind of product and service levels they would be expecting.

As with previous briefs with Numatic, the optimum choice for this type of printed signage would be our direct printed Forex boards. These versatile products are a popular choice for both large and small format print displays, signage, and retail advertising. 

A perfect combination of rigidity, durability—not to mention their lightweight qualities—make Forex PVC boards the ideal choice for high-quality UV digital printing. 

The dimensions of the signs can be cut and tailored to suit your own specific display needs; Creative Solutions can also print the graphic, logo or image of your choice onto the PVC board—to create the exact aesthetic you require.

THE SOLUTION

We supplied the client with a total of 20 full-colour direct-print 5mm-thick Forex boards—the dimensions of which measured 621 x 262mm. The boards themselves were custom-cut, with a 31mm radius corner—which produces a subtle, smooth finish.

The Vinci logo, featuring a bold blue and red colour scheme, was printed directly onto the white Forex PVC board, creating a sharp, visually-impactful aesthetic. 

Numatic International were more than pleased with the results. Once again we were able to supply high-quality retail signage that is perfectly fit-for-purpose. We look forward to working with them again soon.
