The client came to the studio to request help with his logo and brand identity for graphics for their Ford Transit. Based on existing uniform items, we had to recreate the client’s logo into a digital and workable format for us to use on self-adhesive gloss white vinyl with protective laminate, so the design would last well into the future. 

The client was open to us refining the current logo, and for us to create an alternative design that could potentially be more eye catching. In the design process, we normally start off by using the clients current design, then spend some time creating alternative options based on the key elements. 

The main brief was to include fencing and roofing. The client decided to go with our new proposed logo and colour options. Whenever we design a brand or logo, we always use Adobe Illustrator, as this gives us vector-based images that can be used in a large variety of formats and applications.

Whenever we design a van, we always try and use the latter half of the van for the creative elements as items can be cropped and enlarged without it impacting on the brand - as long as the brand presence is clearly displayed towards the front. It is important to strike a balance with forming a “creative” design and not losing the main message - which is to advertise.

We always try and exceed our customers’ expectations as our reputation for creating creative concepts is paramount. All the processes involved, from design to proofs to plotting and application, was carried out at our Axmnister premises.
