Xanita Print Graphics 3m x 2m U-Shape Exhibition Shell Scheme Stand

Designed to fit a 3m x 2m U-shape shell scheme exhibition stand with 3 walls, this kit includes 7 printed Xanita graphic panels that can easily be applied to the walls of your shell scheme booth.

Xanita Print Board is a natural fibre-based board comprising 100% recycled cardboard boxes, formed into a kraft core, sandwiched between white, printable repulpable liners. Its high-crush strength paper core is manufactured from post-consumer recycled paper and sugar cane waste. Due to its kraft content, Xanita Board is recyclable in paper-recycling bins and repulpable to be recycled again!

Most will assume a big misconception that sustainable products mean there is some sort of compromise that needs to be made, usually either in price or the sacrifice of quality. Xanita Print Board has been created solely to myth-bust this conception and offer a sustainable, versatile, strong, and multi-use product to the signage, display, and exhibition sector.

You can boast your green credentials with this rigid shell scheme graphic alternative, whilst creating an extremely cost-effective and high-impact way to dress your exhibition booth to showcase your message, services and products, capturing your audience and drawing in potential customers, leads, and interested parties.

We offer Xanita Print exhibition graphics in their most sustainable format - Full-Colour Digital UV Printed with no vinyl overlaminate or PVC vinyl. This print media can make an impact not only visually, but on your organisation's sustainability objectives. Xanita is flat packable to allow for ease of transport and storage.

Choose to include either hook only, or hook & loop velcro tabs to your graphics for easy installation directly onto the shell scheme panels or metal frame uprights.

To turn your graphics into a seamless display, opt to include Shell Clad Clips. These fit directly into the shell scheme uprights, with your graphics attaching to these allowing you to join graphics flush together and cover the metal uprights. We will make sure the correct number of clips are included for your stand size and shell scheme brand (this will be detailed in the documentation sent to you from the event organiser).

Work with our talented in-house Graphic Designers to lay up your supplied graphic artwork, or create a new design. Each graphic panel is custom to your specifications, with exact panel dimensions being confirmed from the event documentation.

Please Note

Shell Scheme Panel Sizing

Shell scheme panel sizes can vary slightly depending on the shell scheme system provided by the event organiser. If you are supplying artwork, please ensure your artwork is correctly sized to fit the specific shell scheme you are using and include a bleed area for accurate cutting to size.

The maximum size each panel can be is 2400mm (H) x 1000mm (W). If you require larger panels than this, please do not hesitate to contact us for a bespoke quotation.

The exact dimensions and specifications of the stand you have booked will be provided to you directly by the event organiser upon booking your stand. If you send us this document, we can assist in making sure each panel is correctly sized for your booth.

Graphic Panel Fixings

Most shell schemes used in the UK will have fabric or felt panelling, allowing you to use hook and look velcro to attach your graphics. If you require a different fixing method like magnetic tape please contact us for an offline quotation.

Seamless Graphics With Shell Clad Clips

Shell clad clips are shell scheme brand dependent. The type of clips you will require to turn your graphics into a seamless display is dictated by the brand of shell scheme your event provider is using. This information should be provided to you when booking a booth at the event. We can then provide clips matching your stand size and brand as well as a guide for correct use and easy installation.

Product Lead Time

Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Ordering Shell Scheme Panels

Ordering your Shell Scheme Graphic Panels with Creative Solutions couldn't be easier! Here is our simple step-by-step guide to the ordering, design, and delivery process:

STEP 1: Place Your Order Online.
Follow our easy online ordering system to secure your purchase. You will be given opportunities to include notes like your event date, as well as the option to upload artwork during the checkout stage if you have it ready to go (if not don't worry!).

STEP 2: Stand Spec & Event Info.
Our team will be in touch to confirm your order and ask for information regarding your stand specifications and exact panel sizes.

STEP 3: Artwork & Design.
Your artwork will then pass to our in-house Graphic Designers (or be created for you with your brief). You will receive a digital artwork proof detailing what your artwork will look like once produced. We will not produce or print anything till you are 100% happy with the final product.

STEP 4: Print & Production.
Once you have signed-off your artwork proof, production will commence and pass through a stringent quality check.

STEP 5: Delivery.
Your panels will be securely packaged and scheduled for delivery. Any tracking information and an estimated date for arrival will be provided to you.

STEP 6: Event Set-Up.
Setting up Shell Scheme Panels is super easy but we understand sometimes more help is needed. We are on call to assist you should you need guidance, please give us a call.
