Aluminium Tray Signs are a popular and long-lasting choice when a strong first impression is required, delivering simple construction to the installation team and lasting appeal to the customer. Perfect for a professional and sleek approach to outdoor and indoor business signage.
The properties of aluminium mean that these signs are created with longevity in mind. The metal trays - the part that gets mounted to the wall, have a lifespan of 25 years + outdoors, and they can be reskinned indefinitely to keep up with your business branding - which is much more likely to change before the sign needs replacing! They’re also waterproof and rust-resistant especially when powder-coated.
Due to the high-grade material, Aluminium Tray Signs need to be mounted on strong mounting bars and preferably brick wall faces. Aluminium Tray Signs are at home in the outdoor environment, standing proud for years to come. Made using state-of-the-art machinery, the folded edges are welded closed for a smooth finish, and all mounting systems are hidden inside the tray.

Tray Signage
Tray signage can come in many different forms, the most common being large rectangular aluminium tray (a lightweight metal, better suited for large exterior signage than heavier steel). Not all shapes and letters can be created due to tight cornering and acute angles, but we are happy to discuss your needs and create something suitable, long-lasting and incredibly effective. These can be illuminated externally with a bar light or individual spotlights.
Tray signs can come in both illuminated and non-illuminated frames. With a variable depth depending on your requirements, the internal supporting struts are fixed to the back panel to create the rear tray of the lightbox.

Artwork and Design
Whether you’re a novice or a professional when it comes to artwork, we’re able to give you guidance or provide artwork templates for you to make sure your product is print perfect.
- Artwork should be setup 20%, 25%, 50% or actual size. Please indicate scale within file name and on any proof.
- Artwork Files should be in Vector Format so they are scalable to any size required without losing quality.
