Our Hooped Signage Systems are the epitome of robust and stylish outdoor signage. Each system features an aluminium panel or tray, seamlessly framed within a rolled-to-shape 76mm diameter aluminium post. This low-maintenance, double-sided system offers a striking arched frame for the main sign, with the flexibility to add sub signs as needed.
The main sign mounted internally to the post can be manufactured in two different ways:
- A shaped panel with flanges that are folded to a 90 degree angle, with holes in the flanges for fixing to the rolled post.
- A shaped tray with a 90 degree welded/folded return all the way round, with holes in the returns for fixing to the rolled post.

- Dimensions: The maximum length of the pre-formed post is 6000mm, with a minimum internal forming radius of 750mm.

Can you install my sign?
We are more than happy to install your post-mounted sign as part of our service. For an additional cost, we can travel anywhere in the United Kingdom. We're based in the South West and discuss installation dates and travel requirements with you during quotation.
How can I order a custom sign?
- Using the drop-down menus above, select the product options that suit you best. Ensure you have the right size product using the options above.
- Once you've sorted all of your options, go through the checkout process and order your product.
- If you have your own image you want to use, now is the time to send it across. In the basket, you'll be asked if you want to upload any images, at this point you can send your image to our graphic design team. We'll then check the image is a high enough resolution, and send you a digital proof within 2-3 days for you to check you're happy with it.
- If you don't have the artwork and want to work with our graphic design team, either we'll contact you using the details on the order, or you can speak to the team as soon as you're ready by either uploading it using the 'artwork upload tab', emailing sales@creativesolutions.co.uk or calling 01297 630130. If you provide our designers with a brief, we can give you an estimate on costs and get straight to work once approved. Design time is chargeable at £60.00p/h, but we only charge in 15-minute intervals so you get maximum value.
- Once you've confirmed you're happy with how it's going to look, we'll send it straight down to our production team and on to the printers.
- As soon as your product is ready, we'll send it out direct to your door via courier delivery.
- Alternatively, we're more than happy to install your product on-site for you. For an additional charge, our installation team will meet you on-site at an agreed time and date and professionally fit your printed product for a perfect finish.
Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Fixings
Nut inserts are placed in specific locations to the inside edge of the rolled post, which meet up with the holes in the main sign to make it easy to bolt them together using dome bolts and washers.

Whether you’re a novice or a professional when it comes to artwork, we’re able to give you guidance or provide artwork templates for you to make sure your product is print perfect.
- Artwork should be setup 20%, 25%, 50% or actual size. Please indicate scale within file name and on any proof.
- Artwork Files should be in Vector Format so they are scalable to any size required without losing quality.
