Triaprint® is a 100% polypropylene sheet with a smooth top and bottom surface that is 100% recyclable. It makes an excellent environmentally friendly alternative to the use of foam PVC, foam board, and other rigid plastics for displays and graphic printing. Perfect for UV Digital printing, we will print your artwork in high resolution for a stunning visual.
Despite its lightweight, the cell structured core of our printed Triaprint® board creates high rigidity and high compression strength and we offer you here different thicknesses of Triaprint® to suit any display need.
Made entirely of polypropylene, and being completely PVC free, our printed Triaprint® board is both durable and 100% recyclable, making it a perfect environmentally sustainable alternative to PVC or Foamex boards. Triaprint® offers a wide range of excellent properties including its high stability despite its minimal weight, excellent print substrate, and smooth surface, making it exceptional for a versatile range of indoor and outdoor applications.
What is Triaprint® used for?
Suitable for saw cutting, welding, die-cutting, and hand cutting, Triaprint® is ideal for printed POS and display, indoor and outdoor signage, event and exhibition displays, graphics, and wayfinding. Finished with a corona treatment for high-quality UV digital printing, our Triaprint® polypropylene board comes with a six-month corona treatment guarantee.
Widely used for: signage, event notices, commercial property advertising, election/demonstration boards & plaques, cut letter signs, point of sale signs, free-standing display units, exhibition graphics, construction & safety signs, event signs, school, and college display boards.
What thickness of Triaprint® should I choose?
We offer 3.4mm and 5.7mm Triaprint® to choose the best thickness for your display needs. Whichever thickness of Triaprint® board you choose, it is very light so it can easily be fixed wherever you need it – for example, it can be fitted to walls or hung from ceilings, slotted into frames, or A boards.

What Triaprint® finishes are available and how long do they last?
- Direct Printed, Unlaminated - No Guarantee - Short-Term Outdoor / Medium-Term Indoor Usage (To make sure this print media stays recyclable, we do not offer it with an overlaminate.)
Sizing and Postage: Due to additional courier charges, your board may need to be cut into multiple panel pieces to allow for the most efficient postage. This will be discussed with you in advance of production, and any cut lines will be on our digital proof of your artwork. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Print Options
At Creative Solutions we pride ourselves on our print quality, for that reason we run our printers as standard on 900dpi resolution. This is a high quality setting, which will produce excellent print results without banding, whilst allowing the printers to run at a speed to ensure we get your jobs through quickly. We use this print resolution across our Eco Friendly UV, Solvent and Aqueous machines. We have four roll-to-roll printers that can print up to 3.2m wide and two flatbed printers, one with white ink and gloss varnish, and a 3 x 2m flatbed printer for direct to substrate printing at speed.
We can amend settings to suit your requirements, and run at speeds of up to 60 sqm an hour for mass production where speed is a necessity, or we can print at ultra-high quality at far higher resolutions when the situation requires.
