We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the discount voucher scheme at any time.

We reserve the right to withdraw or not proceed to give a discount code if the relevant imagery is not provided or to a standard we feel acceptable.

Photography & Imagery

Email: Photos must be sent via email to sales@creativesolutions.co.uk or marketing@creativesolutions.co.uk as an attachment, or WeTransfer link.

Images must be high-resolution, not blurry, pixelated or stretched. Where possible please do not apply filters or animations to your imagery.

Social Media: Post your photos before the expiry date on a social media accounts where you can tag Creative Solutions - these are Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By doing this you give the right for us to use, download, save and share this imagery on our own social media accounts, website, and other marketing material.

Receiving Your Discount Code

Upon completion of sending or tagging your photos, a member of the team will review this, and if accepting, will send you a unique 10% discount code via email, redeemable in the Online Basket. We will not send codes via text, social media messaging, or on any other platform.

How To Redeem Your Discount Code

Ordering Online

You must enter the code given when placing your order online during checkout. Click 'Secure Checkout' and enter your voucher code on the next screen.

Your replacement graphic product will then be discounted. Only items that are included in the discount offering will be discounted, other items will remain full unless another offer is already on them.

Ordering Offline / Quotation

If you require a quotation for services and products, please contact us to start the quotation process for your replacement fabric graphics. Let us know your unique discount code number at this time. Your discount will be applied and visible in your quotation. This code is not redeemable against display hardware or Graphic Design services, only replacement fabric graphics within this offer.

This discount code cannot be used in lieu of services already rendered, nor on orders already confirmed, paid, or being produced. Discount vouchers have no cash redemption value.
