At Creative Solutions, we recently collaborated with CHG Southwest to wrap a Vaillant aroTHERM Plus Double Fan Unit in a Fir Green vinyl for a client’s home.

• Consultation – We began with a detailed consultation with CHG Southwest to understand the client's preferences and to recommend the most suitable colour and finish. We are able to provide colour swatch cards that detail all single colour-change wrap films we can use including all colours on the spectrum as well as gloss, matt and specialist finishes. Fir Green in Gloss was chosen for its natural, understated look.

• Getting The ASHP Delivered - The unit is then securely delivered to our unit in Axminster where it will be safely positioned ready to be wrapped then repackaged for onward delivery.

• Precision Measurement and Cutting – Next, our team took precise measurements to ensure that the wrap would cover the unit flawlessly. Air source heat pumps are complex pieces of equipment, and ensuring access to vents and control panels is essential for the unit's functionality and serviceability.

• Application – Our team meticulously applied the vinyl, ensuring a smooth, wrinkle-free finish that followed the contours of the Vaillant unit’s double fan design. As part of the finishing process, we reprinted and applied any original ASHP branding stickers and critical safety labels directly onto the vinyl wrap. This ensures that all branding elements and safety information are clearly visible and maintained.

• Final Inspection – Each wrap undergoes a thorough inspection to check that all elements are secure, aesthetically pleasing, and fully operational.

• Delivery To Client - The unit is then collected and safely delivered to the clients home or business premises ready for professional installation.
