How we helped create an award-winning display

The Discover Farm Tent scooping 1st prize in the Best Trade Stand Exhibit

Creative Solutions were delighted to be able to contribute to such a prominent and prestigious event as The Melplash Show. The show, based in Bridport, Dorset is regarded as the South West’s premier agricultural event. The day itself was a great success, as over 20,000 donned their wellies to see a variety of activities, from showjumping and livestock to the RAF Falcons.

This year saw the introduction of Discover Farming, a new scheme aiming to showcase the best of farming and promote it as a career prospect. It highlights key areas such as how technology can be used in farming, and was geared towards young children attending the show. It was a huge success, with the tent booming all day and a hub of activity.

Creative Solutions were asked to help execute the display of the tent, promoting the Discover Farming brand across the site, printing the posters, the banners and the exhibition stands. We’re really pleased with how it looked and delighted that the tent was such a success- the stand winning 1st prize for Best Trade Stand.

We just about managed to squeeze in a Creative Solutions banner stand in to a bustling tent!

Meanwhile, Palmers Brewery asked us to design and create a bespoke bar for the Members tent, an exciting project that got our creative minds whirring. We printed a large graphic wrap for the base of the bar, with a large format printed backdrop of the Anchor Inn, Seatown. The result was superb, a professional, visual and fun design that the punters loved.

We also saw a host of businesses we have worked with in the past, showcasing some great signs, banners and exhibition stands we produced for them. It’s always nice to see the products in action whilst having a catch up with some familiar faces.
