THE CLIENT

Dorset HealthCare offers important mental health services and many physical health services in Dorset, providing both hospital and community-based care. They are the largest healthcare trust in Dorset, and their services are constantly evolving and developing to cater for the demands of the local community.

Dorset HealthCare provides jobs for around 5,000 employees, and their services help over 750,000 people, covering a wide range of specialist fields. Their staff offers healthcare at over 300 sites—from village halls and general practice surgeries to mental health facilities and community hospitals. They also offer vital residential care at patient's homes.

THE BRIEF

Dorset HealthCare required a number of different custom printed whiteboards to be created and installed in various departments, offices and rooms throughout the Victoria Community Hospital in Wimborne, Dorset. They contacted Creative Solutions to see how we could assist.

THE SOLUTION

We supplied the client with custom print whiteboards for five different areas within the hospital. Whiteboards were installed in the main office, one of the many treatment rooms, in a student centre, and a multidisciplinary team office. We also provided a whiteboard used for patient discharges and admissions.

The magnetic whiteboards were printed in full colour and finished with a premium dry-wipe laminate—a vital feature for the constant altering and updating of information. Each board was custom printed with various grids and columns for the necessary scheduling systems, as well as the iconic NHS branding.

Each board was cut to fit their specific environment; while a lightweight, durable aluminium frame was added to each whiteboard for a smart, clean finish. For peace of mind, the whiteboards are supplied with a 5-year surace guarantee.
