Exhibition Wall Panels Print and Install
THE BRIEF
Creative Solutions were asked to install printed printed shell scheme panels at the BodyPower Experience Show at the NEC for Effective Trade Marketing. As the event was taking place from the 10-12th May, we had to set up the panels at the NEC on Thursday 9th May.
THE SOLUTION
Due to the number of visitors expected at the event, the panels needed to be durable and rigid to ensure they could withstand heavy footfall. Typical of most exhibitions and events, Effective Trade Marketing was given a shell scheme stand consisting of a box-style design with vertical aluminium poles for support. However, not all shell scheme designs are the same, so Effective Trade Marketing gave us the exact measurements so we could create and install the wall panels to the right specifications.
Although shell schemes can seem basic and unimaginative (they usually have one-metre breaks or modules), they can be transformed with seamless graphics to attract customers' attention. We created the wall panels using 5mm PVC boards topped with a matt laminate and full-colour self-adhesive prints. Fixed to the exhibition stand using velcro fixings and shell-clad clips, the graphics and branding really stood out, and the shell scheme was truly transformed.
Alongside the wall panels, we also supplied and installed an orient banner stand, a 6ft folding table and a printed tablecloth.
