I've Booked a Shell Scheme For An Exhibition, What Do I Do Next?
You've taken the plunge and booked your company on to an exhibition or trade show, and you've been assigned a shell scheme. Where do you start?
1. Plan your shell scheme design
Once the stand is booked, it's time to start planning how you want your shell scheme to look. The first port of call is to get in touch with the Creative Solutions team to get the ball rolling and plan your shell scheme design. 2. Find your shell scheme specification
The exhibition organiser's will give you a document in the post or via email with the specification of the shell scheme, keep hold of this and send it over to us. It gives details such as the manufacturer of the shell scheme, exact sizes, and the layout of your stand. Despite looking very similar, there are several different types of shell schemes each with differing sizes, and it's important that the printed panels fit perfectly for maximum effect. This specification will serve as the template to allow us to create a bespoke stand that's just right for you.
3. Decide on what type of Exhibition Wall Panels
You can talk with our specialist exhibition team to decide what style of wall panels best fits your needs. Rollable wall panels can be transported in large drums for easy transporting, or you might prefer rigid wall panels for a more solid and seamless finish. We'll always advise you on the various options for your stand, and what products will create the best display within your budget. There are other options too that you might wish to consider, products like banner stands, counters and plinths and literature stands. It's often useful to have the whole trade show display organised by one company to save the hassle and keep costs down.
4. Getting your stand ready for the big day
Your printed wall panels and any other products can either be delivered to you in plenty of time ready for you to take to the venue or alternatively they can be delivered directly to the venue. The exhibition organisers will have made provisions for the delivery of exhibition stands so it's best to speak to them directly about where your display will be held once delivered.
