New Custom Curved Main Fascia Sign for Groves Nurseries

Groves Nurseries, an independent and family-run nursery since 1866, recently decided it was time to give their entrance a significant upgrade.

To replace a temporary PVC banner, we collaborated with the team to create a bespoke, long-lasting solution—a curved main fascia sign made from ACM (Aluminium Composite Material), designed to perfectly complement the entrance’s structure and give the nursery a polished, professional look.

The Brief: From Temporary to Permanent

Groves Nurseries had been using a temporary PVC banner as a placeholder for their entrance sign, but they wanted something more durable and eye-catching to represent their established presence in the community. After discussing their needs and design preferences, we crafted a custom curved fascia sign that not only fits the structure perfectly but also reflects their brand identity.

For the main sign, we used ACM panels, known for their durability and weather resistance. ACM is an ideal material for outdoor signage due to its strength and lightweight properties. This ensured that the flat panel fascia sign could withstand the elements while providing a sleek, professional finish. The curved design, mounted in panel sections, made installation smooth, aligning perfectly with the existing structure for a seamless look.

Installation and Future Enhancements

Our team took special care in mounting the panels to the structure, ensuring that each section was secure and properly aligned. This approach allowed us to match the curved roofline of Groves Nurseries' entrance without compromising on the design or structural integrity.

Later, we will be fitting the sign with custom stand-off lettering, adding an additional layer of depth and elegance to the sign. The stand-off lettering will enhance visibility and add a modern touch, making the entrance even more inviting for visitors.
