THE BRIEF
Seamless Fade-Out Van Graphics
Nothing is more exciting to a signwriting company than a new business coming to town, a man with a plan, and a plain white van!
Bryan worked closely with our in-house Graphic Design Team to bring his vision to life, creating a fade-out design where a large image showing welding sparks would slowly fade to white as it reached the front of the driver and passenger doors.
This seamless blending into the gloss white paintwork of the van body allowed for easily legible brand vinyl graphics to show Bryan's contact details and logo on the two sides, and stretched across the bonnet. The back of the van would see an inlaid image into the rear door panels for a smart finish from all angles.
THE SOLUTION
Colour Change Wrap & Custom Brand Graphics
Once Bryan approved his digital artwork proof, the Installations Team got in touch to book the van into the wrapping area. The van required 3 types of vehicle vinyl installation:
Printed Vehicle Wrapping & Graphics
We create our range of vehicle vinyl graphics from a top of the range, high performance calendared vinyl that has an incredible life expectancy when facing all the elements have to throw at it. Our cut vinyl vehicle graphics come in a massive range of colours, textures and finish options to suit all business branding, colours, and guidelines. We can also custom print vinyl applications so you can use images and patterns to really draw attention when your on the road.
Both the driver and passenger sides were completed with two large printed vinyl drops, creating the welding spark image on a grey background, fading to white towards the front with Bryan's name and company included.
Our flatbed printer can print up to 3-meters wide, and as long as a 50-meter roll, so no vehicle size or shape is an issue! We will always triple-check the quality of any imagery getting printed at this scale so your final result is pin-sharp and looking its best. Our expert installers are then able to easily align the design against the vehicle and use the door stays and sliding ridges on vans as natural places to join multiple graphic panels for a seamless display.
For the company name on the bonnet, Bryan's layout from the sides was duplicated and measured to fit centrally across the hood, printed on white vinyl to colour match all displays together. The telephone number and email address were plotted and weeded from solid black gloss vinyl as the finishing touch.
We host and can source the full spectrum of single colour-change wraps, or full colour print onto a premium range of cast self-adhesive vinyls to give your vehicle a bespoke finish. This is a high performance material that is right at the sharp end of print media technology. We can wrap all features and edges on your vehicle including door stays, wing mirrors and more for a complete colour change service.
Bryan's newly branded Peugeot Expert having been wrapped in a controlled and professional environment comes complete with a transparent coating that aids colour vibrancy, wrap durability, appearance, protection and offer a 5-7 year life expectancy.
