THE BRIEF
Print a vehicle wrap for the company’s Ford Connect van
We were approached by Air Control Industries to print a half vehicle wrap for the company’s Ford Connect van. We had previously completed a wrap for their Ford Ranger pick-up and we were asked to replicate that wrap for the van.
The wrap didn’t need to be an exact match, but it had to represent the brand and product offerings properly. Air Control Industries supplied us with high-resolution logos and artwork which we could use on the van. These were perfect but needed to be situated correctly to have a maximum visual impact on the final design.
THE SOLUTION
Complete wrap design and expert installation
We used ACI’s Ford Ranger pick-up as inspiration for the new van wrap. We used one of our expertly-designed templates to properly align all logos and product offerings. Once our designer and the client were happy with the final template, printing began at our Axminster unit on our large-format digital printer.
The artwork was printed onto a 3MIJ180 vehicle wrapping vinyl. In our opinion, this is the best vinyl in the industry. It offers excellent longevity and captures fine print detail. Printing took a day to complete after which we arranged installation.
Installation took place indoors at our site in Axminster. This controlled environment allowed us to ensure the highest quality finish. Installation took two days to complete and it was well worth the wait. Our client was thrilled with the results.
