Premium Magiclad Graphics 3m x 3m U-Shape Exhibition Shell Scheme Stand

Designed to fit a 3m x 3m U-shape shell scheme exhibition stand with 3 walls, this kit includes 9 magiclad panel graphics that can easily be applied to the walls of your shell scheme booth. Our rollable Magiclad (corriboard) panels are ideal for exhibition shell scheme and modular exhibition stands. These robust, lay-flat panels are perfect for portable exhibition displays and expo display stands, offering durability and portability.

Magiclad graphic panels are made from a combination of your design printed onto an adhesive polyester film with a matte overlaminate applied to protect your graphics against scuffs, scrapes and scratches; this is then expertly mounted to 4mm thick correx panels, cut to fit your exhibition stand specifications. The thickness of your graphic prints mounted onto the correx removes the ribbed effect given by printing directly onto correx, making for a highly durable and high-quality stand display.

To turn your graphics into a seamless display, shell clad clips are included as standard. These fit directly into the shell scheme uprights, with your graphics attaching to these allowing you to join graphics flush together and cover the metal uprights. We will make sure the correct number of clips are included for your stand size and shell scheme brand (this will be detailed in the documentation sent to you from the event organiser).

Work with our talented in-house Graphic Designers to lay up your supplied graphic artwork, or create a new design. Each graphic panel is custom to your specifications, with exact panel dimensions being confirmed from the event documentation.

The magiclad panel is a highly durable product, making it the perfect choice if you're looking to reuse the graphics on a regular basis. The 4mm correx backing gives more rigidity for the ease of installation, and also when they are stored. We use a thick, 125-micron crystal laminate which gives the face of the graphics excellent protection in storage and transit and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth (please speak to us regarding how to clean your wall panels best).

Shell Scheme Panel Sizing

Shell scheme panel sizes can vary slightly depending on the shell scheme system provided by the event organiser. If you are supplying artwork, please ensure your artwork is correctly sized to fit the specific shell scheme you are using and include a bleed area for accurate cutting to size.

The maximum size each panel can be is 2400mm (H) x 1000mm (W). If you require larger panels than this, please do not hesitate to contact us for a bespoke quotation.

The exact dimensions and specifications of the stand you have booked will be provided to you directly by the event organiser upon booking your stand. If you send us this document, we can assist in making sure each panel is correctly sized for your booth.

Seamless Graphics With Shell Clad Clips

The shell-clad adaptor clips are shaped pieces of extruded plastic that clip onto the aluminium poles of the shell scheme. Shell clad clips are shell scheme brand dependent. The type of clips you will require to turn your graphics into a seamless display is dictated by the brand of shell scheme your event provider is using. This information should be provided to you when booking a booth at the event. We can then provide clips matching your stand size and brand as well as a guide for correct use and easy installation.

The graphic panels are applied to the clips with Velcro, supplied in both hook and loop, one to the panel and one to the clips. This creates a removable, but very strong bond. All the fittings are hidden from view and the panels give the effect of a seamless graphic wall. Being the hardest-wearing product we produce for exhibition wall panels, Magiclad offers maximum return on investment.

Product Lead Time

Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Ordering Shell Scheme Panels

Ordering your Shell Scheme Graphic Panels with Creative Solutions couldn't be easier! Here is our simple step-by-step guide to the ordering, design, and delivery process:

STEP 1: Place Your Order Online.
Follow our easy online ordering system to secure your purchase. You will be given opportunities to include notes like your event date, as well as the option to upload artwork during the checkout stage if you have it ready to go (if not don't worry!).

STEP 2: Stand Spec & Event Info.
Our team will be in touch to confirm your order and ask for information regarding your stand specifications and exact panel sizes.

STEP 3: Artwork & Design.
Your artwork will then pass to our in-house Graphic Designers (or be created for you with your brief). You will receive a digital artwork proof detailing what your artwork will look like once produced. We will not produce or print anything till you are 100% happy with the final product.

STEP 4: Print & Production.
Once you have signed-off your artwork proof, production will commence and pass through a stringent quality check.

STEP 5: Delivery.
Your panels will be securely packaged and scheduled for delivery. Any tracking information and an estimated date for arrival will be provided to you.

STEP 6: Event Set-Up.
Setting up Shell Scheme Panels is super easy but we understand sometimes more help is needed. We are on call to assist you should you need guidance, please give us a call.
