Meticulously engineered, a very popular notice board/poster case. Fitted with a galvanized steel backing in a white lacquer finish for use with magnets, one magnet per A4 sheet size included. Choice of anodised aluminium or 3 powder-coated frame colours. Tamperproof lock with 2 keys supplied. 2,4,6 & 9 x A4 have a side-opening single door. 8 & 18 x A4 have a dual opening door.

Designed to provide a robust and elegantly finished solution for posting information in busy indoor spaces such as office hallways, council offices, schools, entry halls, waiting rooms, and hospitals, this notice board encapsulates practicality and refinement in one compact unit. This surface is not suitable for whiteboard markers.
The Allure Indoor Notice Boards are built to accommodate a range of document sizes, from 2 to 18 A4, making them versatile for various informational needs. The glazing is made from 4 mm Plexichoc®, ensuring durability and protection of displayed materials. The door is side opening, reversible, or available in a dual door format, enhancing accessibility and convenience.
Security is a paramount feature, with a tamper-resistant safety lock that comes with two keys, ensuring that the display content remains secure. The frame is constructed from silver anodised aluminium, providing a sleek finish, or painted in one of our specified notice board colours. Note that the double-swing door version is available only in the silver anodised finish.
Design and Installation
The back panel is made from magnetic, galvanised sheet metal lacquered in white, allowing easy attachment of notices using magnets. Procity® magnets are included, with one magnet per A4 document, up to a limit of 20 magnets per display case.
Installation is straightforward with wall-mounted options, ensuring the notice board is securely positioned in the desired location. For enhanced visibility and usage, optional extras include an LED lighting kit and additional magnets.

- Life span: 75,000 hours of operation
- Power consumption: 12.5 watts per linear metre
- Caution: electrical connections must be made by a professional and comply with all applicable regulations.
Wiring recommendations (maximum distance per linear metre of LED strip):
- 5 m with 2 x 0.75 mm cable
- 10 m with 2 x 1.5 mm cable
- 15 m with 2 x 2.5 mm cable
Note: our kits consist of one or more LED strips, depending on the size of the notice board, and a transformer.
LIGHTING KIT - PLEASE NOTE Lighting Unit will not be supplied attached to the board. To install the kit, the customer is obliged to drill into the notice board to pass the wires, however, do not do so on top of the notice board. Once the wires are passed, use silicone both inside and out of the hole to make a waterproof seal. Do not put the transformer inside the case, due to heat this may cause condensation. Please contact us for further information if required.
Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.
