The signmaker's choice for all external signage. 2.5mm thick aluminium panels can be cut to any shape (surplus will be charged for cutting and shaping). In-house print, mount and 2880dpi waterproof and UV resistant as standard; In-house design studio available for stunning graphics that'll get you noticed.
We can form this signage to any application you may require including custom-cut / shaped to any design. No longer does a sign have to be a rectangle of aluminium, we can make you stand out from the crowd with the use of a state-of-the-art water-jet cutter. With a range of material thicknesses, aluminium can be tailored to suit most budgets.
The 2.5mm Aluminium Board is mounted with our stunning high-definition print, leaving a full-colour professional display perfectly suited for both internal and external use.
How big can you have your Aluminium Sign?
The largest single sheet sign we can produce in aluminium is 1525 x 3050mm but you can go bigger. We can seamlessly join as many sheets together as you need. With our top-of-the-range printers and rip software, we can produce seamless prints for your signage from panel to panel. We base the cost of our signage on the surface area so that you can easily give yourself an idea of how much your sign will cost, whatever the shape.
Sizing and Postage: Due to additional carriage charges, any board over 2300mm in width or height will be cut into pieces to allow for the most efficient postage, cut lines will be on our digital proof of your artwork. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Drill Holes: If you have any specific requirements for drilled holes in your Aluminium (e.g. hole diameter, distance from edges, positions), please let us know in the Notes section either in the product drop-down or at checkout. If not specified, we will supply your order with a drilled hole of 5mm in size, 20mm from the edges. please leave enough clear space so the holes do not impact on your design. Please note, when providing a measurement for the distance to the edge, we ask for a distance-to-centre of the hole. If you are providing exact hole placements as part of your artwork, all fonts must be outlined. Please make sure the hole placement marks are easily visible in your artwork.
Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Our designers will work with you to create a professional design to your exact specifications. You can be as involved in the design process as you want to be, either working side by side with our designers or giving them your design brief. We will provide you with an artwork proof for you to approve and will never send your artwork to print without your final sign-off.
Unlike some other companies, we want to offer value for money, so we ensure that you are only charged for the actual time taken to create your design (minimum 15-minute intervals). Formatting a quick layout or checking over print-ready files may be free of charge. If more work is needed, we will contact you to discuss this.
