Supplied with screw fixings and a two-year manufacturer's warranty, our Hessian Fabric Notice Board is available in a range of standard sizes to suit all workspaces. Made to order in the UK, our Hessian Fabric Lockable Notice Boards feature a durable aluminium frame for a traditional, yet professional, finish. With a choice of nine fabric colours, the hessian lockable noticeboard is available with a choice of a Class 1 fire rating, suitable for rooms and offices, or a Class B fire rating, for corridors and stairwells.
What is Hessian Fabric?
Hessian fabric, also known as burlap in some regions, is a coarse, woven fabric made from jute, sisal, or other vegetable fibres. It's renowned for its durability and strength, making it suitable for a variety of applications. Hessian noticeboards are popular for their rustic appearance and versatility, with the fabric featuring either a Class 1 or B Fire Rating to suit your location's fire safety requirements. The hessian fabric provides a textured surface that works well with pins or tacks, allowing users to pin up notices, reminders, photos, or other items. With 9 traditional and muted colour options to choose from, hessian noticeboards are perfectly suited for use in homes, offices, schools, and community spaces, adding a touch of natural charm while serving a practical purpose for communication and organisation.

How To Install
Fixing Instructions - 10-20 Minutes

- Power Drill & Drill Bits
1. Prep the installation area by cleaning the wall and drying with a microfibre cloth.
2. With the noticeboard doors open, locate the 4 corner mounting holes in the frame. On boards 1500mm and over there is an additional optional centre fixing point in the aluminium trim top and bottom.
3. Hold the noticeboard onto the wall and rest a spirit level on the top to ensure a straight and even alignment.
4. Using a marker, push through the holes in the noticeboard frame to mark the wall where the fixings will need to go.
5. Once marked, place the noticeboard on a flat surface out of the way.
6. Using the appropriate drill bit, drill the 4 (or 6) holes you have marked.
7. Place the appropriate rawl plugs, depending on wall type, into the holes and secure.
8. Hold the noticeboard back to the wall over your fixing points, and using the screws supplied screw through the corner into the wall plugs.
9. Once secured, go back and tension the screws for a flush finish.
10. Your noticeboard is now ready to use!
