Your PVC-Free ACM Signage will be supplied cut and shaped to your exact requirements. To keep this product as easily recyclable as possible, we use a high-performance and rigorously designed printable film. This film has been created for a wide range of promotional uses including retail and advertising on walls, windows, rigid signage media, and where the surface is smooth and flat. It provides an ideal solution for brand owners requiring a PVC-free solution in-store, or outside.

It is made from high-quality, ink-receptive synthetic paper with a permanent solvent-free acrylic adhesive on the back. The liner that is applied to the vinyl whilst in storage is also eco-friendly, made from Kraft PE coated release liner, a type of water-based waxed paper to keep the adhesive fresh and sticky. We will print your artwork design onto the film using UV inks which are solvent-free and water-based, but still as vibrant and crisp as their solvent-based counterparts. The release liner is then responsibly recycled in-house back to our supplier for future use!

Before being applied to your ACM, the print is finished with a protective matt or gloss overlaminate, giving you weather protection, UV resistance, anti-colour fade, and that 4-year product warranty.

Once your signage has reached the end of its use, the vinyl can be peeled from the surface of the ACM panel with a little patience (we wouldn't want it coming off easily now would we?) This too can also be placed in your domestic waste, or business recycling system. Our print media and laminates contain no PVC, phthalates, or chlorine, and are fully REACH & RoHS compliant.

Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Drill Holes: If you have any specific requirements for drilled holes in your ACM (e.g. hole diameter, distance from edges, positions), please let us know in the Notes section either in the product drop-down or at checkout. If not specified, we will supply your order with a drilled hole of 5mm in size, and 20mm from the edges. please leave enough clear space so the holes do not impact on your design. Please note, that when providing a measurement for the distance to the edge, we ask for a distance-to-centre of the hole. If you are providing exact hole placements as part of your artwork, all fonts must be outlined. Please make sure the hole placement marks are easily visible in your artwork.
