The most effective means of cladding a shell scheme with ‘seamless’ graphics. Shell Clad fixings and sub-assemblies are what you need to clip your exhibition graphic to your shell scheme to produce a stunning seamless display.
Shell Clad clips are designed specifically to attach high-impact seamless graphics to shell schemes. Clips are supplied in 800mm lengths to accommodate the 2400mm internal graphic height of most shell schemes, ie three units per pillar. Shell-Clad clips are colour-coded. Please check the compatibility list below for a reference to your exhibition shell scheme brand and the colour clips you will need.
Attaching your graphic:
Clips No1, No3, No5, No6, No7, No8, No9, No10 - Velcro (Hook & Loop) avaialable.
To create 1 full 2400mm upright, you will need 3 x 800mm units.
Shell-Clad Panels are becoming increasingly popular due to their quick setup and easy-to-fit design. Panels simply attach to the existing shell scheme and sit side by side to create one seamless graphic, with no gaps. This works great for attracting new customers to your exhibition space and leaves you with the maximum stand space with no banner stands or pop-up displays taking valuable exhibition space. All our panels are compact and easy to transport.
There are two types of shell-clad adapters available, choosing the correct adapter is simple as they are color-coded as BLACK or WHITE. If you have any queries about Shell Clad, our sales team will be happy to discuss any ambiguity with you.
Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

User Instructions
SHELL CLAD COMPATIBILITY
This comes in two sizes which are colour-coded black and white for differentiation. The difference concerns the width of the locking grooves into which the clips fit. These Shell-Clad clips fit the following shell schemes:-
Black Clips: Burkhardt Leitner, Crea8, Freeman Circa, Freeman Forma 40/80, Freeman White, Maima M1000, Maxima, Meroform, Normex, Octanorm, Quad 4, R8, Syma 408 and all Octanorm clones.
White Clips: Agem, Alusett, Click (with 13mm adaptor), Edge, Eurosystem, FitzIn (with 13mm adaptor), Fesial, Foga, Ford+Barley, ISOframe, Modul, Nimlok, Nomadic Design Line, Sento, Sodem (except Sodem supplied by Moyne & EESL), Standex, Syma 30/90, Tecno (with 13mm adaptor) Unibox.
Fittings include standard flat wall, internal 90˚ corner, square pillar corner, external 90˚ corner, 135˚ diagonal, non-return corner plus a few specials.
WARNING
Shell-Clad is designed to attach graphics and similar lightweight materials to a shell scheme. Do not attempt to hang heavy objects with Shell-Clad.
