Custom Felt Notice Boards for Lyme Regis Golf Club

THE CLIENT

Lyme Regis Golf Club’s 18 hole par 71 course has breathtaking cliffside views of Portland Bill lighthouse and overlooks the world-famous town of Lyme Regis.

The Clubhouse, in perfect view of the 18th green, is a great place to relax after a round—and an ideal venue for birthday celebrations, weddings, anniversaries or just a casual lunch!

THE BRIEF

We’d recently been working with Lyme Regis Golf Club, helping them with a signage makeover on the coastside premises. This included the design, creation and installation of a range of external and internal displays. With the popularity of recreational sports on the rise in the aftermath of lockdown, they felt it was a good time for a graphic design spring clean!

With that particular job complete, the client got in touch again enquiring about our range of notice boards. They were looking for two custom-sized boards to be installed in the Clubhouse.

THE SOLUTION

After some discussion with the client, it was decided that the best general use indoor product for them would be a custom-sized felt notice board with an aluminium frame. 

Its large dimensions, robust frame, and fully-fire rated components make it a great choice for an internal building open to the public. There’s plenty of room to pin notices, and the grey mist-coloured felt provides an understated yet stylish aesthetic.
