In a recent project with CHG Southwest, we had the opportunity to wrap a Vaillant aroTHERM Plus Double Fan Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) for a residential renovation in Shipton Gorge, Briport This project demonstrates how bespoke vinyl wrapping can enhance not only the look of an air source heat pump but also the cohesion of the entire property design.

Custom Colour Matching

This client’s renovation included new PVC window trims in a unique matt cement grey, which their window manufacturer was supplying to seamlessly blend with the home’s modern aesthetic. To complete the look, the air source heat pump needed to match this exact colour, so we custom printed a cement grey vinyl wrap for a flawless colour match.

• Preparation and Precision Cutting - After finalising the custom colour, our team moved forward with precision measurements to ensure the wrap would cover the unit impeccably. This is especially important on units like the Vaillant aroTHERM Plus, where access to vents and controls must be maintained for functionality.

• Application and Label Removal – Once the custom wrap was ready, our skilled installers applied it meticulously, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish on the double fan unit. Additionally, we reprinted all necessary safety labels and Vaillant branding, carefully applying these over the wrap to preserve all critical information.

• Final Inspection – To complete the project, a thorough inspection was conducted to ensure the wrap met our quality standards, achieving both a high-end look and complete functionality.
