CARING FOR YOUR FLAG INVESTMENT

PROTECT

• Do not use your flag in winds over the recommended speed. Take it down and store away safely.
• Your flag is more vulnerable to breakage or damage in extreme weather conditions. Heavy rain allows less resistance due to the additional weight; protect it by taking it down.
• Over time your flag may discolour from air pollution; the bright whites will become more grey and the colours may dull a little. UV rays will cause deterioration and fading to the fabric and thread so we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.

MAINTAIN & REPAIR

• Your flag will last longer if cared for. Any edges that become frayed should be trimmed, reinforced, and re-hemmed.
• The life expectancy of a flag in “normal” conditions is 4-6 months.
• To keep your flag or banner in good condition make sure they’re not rubbing on anything sharp which will wear them down quickly.
• Ensure you position your flag with enough space to rotate freely.

WASH & STORE

• Textile flags and banners can be washed on a maximum 40° wash with regular household detergents. This will remove the dirt and make them look bright again.
• Dry your flag completely before storing it to prevent moulding.
• Store flags in a dry place and in poly bags to protect them from dust and dirt.

Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.
