THE BRIEF

We’re pleased to have formed a healthy, mutually-beneficial working relationship with Axminster Tools over the years. We’ve been able to oversee a variety of different graphic design briefs over the last 12 months or so. Fleet vehicle graphics, retail signage, indoor displays m; Axminster know they can rely on us to provide a high-quality product and an unbeatable service.

For this particular project, we would be printing and installing a large aluminium composite sign at their Warrington retail premises—complete with a Stryder Slimline LED troughlight

This kind of large-scale illuminated display is the perfect design option if you’re looking for high-impact signage. They are used frequently in large commercial stores and retail parks. 

With the LED troughlight, you’re getting a unique, visually-alluring signage display that’ll throw your company name in lights and attract your customer base.

THE SOLUTION

Using the company’s strict brand guidelines, the artwork of which we have used on numerous other retail display briefs for Axminster, we supplied the client with a 3mm-thick aluminium composite sign.

The stunning, full-colour self-adhesive print was applied to the 3mm ACM 0.3mm skin board and finished with a high-quality matte laminate for an immaculate final aesthetic.

Because of the sign’s considerable dimensions—10523 x 3050mm— we supplied the sign in eight sections, each measuring 1315mm x 3050mm. In addition, we also supplied three Stryder Slimline LED troughlights, which were powder-coated in RAL 9005 black and mounted with fifteen Stryder troughlight wall brackets, all of which were powder-coated with the same RAL 9005 black.

The entire design, printing and installation process was completed by the Creative team, so Axminster Tools didn’t have to lift a finger. The results are stunning. The sign fits the client’s needs perfectly; a high-impact retail sign that’ll attract customers to the store...day or night. Another job well done for Axminster Tools!
